Naomi  Glendinning

I have a background in social work and healthcare, specialising in those who have special healthcare needs, disabilities and mental health problems. Having benefited from Complementary Therapies for many years myself, I commenced training in this field ten years ago. I utilised my skills both in private practice and in my work setting before becoming fully self employed over 5 years ago. I have worked in three of the leading cancer organisations here in Northern Ireland, various trauma centres and now work from my private practice, here in the heart of Mid-Ulster. I am a natural born healer, having had many experiences from childhood, which I now apply in my day to day work. I also do counselling 1 day a week for the leading Bereavement Agency in Northern Ireland. I am a qualified Reiki Master Teacher with the UK Reiki Federation and seek through my practice to empower each individual to heal and become all they can be in a safe environment. I work on a holistic level, treating mind, body and spirit. All appointments are strictly confidential.

Background & Qualifications

Diploma in Relfexology, advanced Diploma in Reflexology for Cancer Care, Fertility and Pregnancy.
Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training, Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Diploma in Aromatherapy, Ad cert clinical Aromatherapy, Usui Reiki Level 1,2,3 and Teacher Level, Seichem Master Teacher, Bach Flower Remedies level 1,2,3. Certificate in Trauma, Dip. social work, diploma Indian head massage, paediatric massage, therapeutic touch for children with autism, massage for children and infants with special health care needs, dip Angel Healing, cert Hopi Ear Candling.

My Specialisms

Reiki, Reflexology and Aromatherapy for cancer care, pregnancy, special needs, fertility, mental health problems, abuse, palliative care. I teach Diploma courses in Aromatherapy and Reflexology which are FHT accredited. I also run regular Reiki training and am a Reiki Master teacher with UK Reiki federation.
Counselling - supporting those who have mental health problems, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, relationship problems, abuse( mental/ physical/ sexual), self confidence issues.
