I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher based in Hertford, offering treatments for people and animals, in-person or distant.

Having a Reiki session is one of the most individualised experiences. Sometimes we can get so stuck in our daily 'dramas' that we cannot see the wood for the trees.

Reiki is a gentle way to remove any emotional or physical blocks to give you the clarity to make positive changes when facing difficult challenges. The treatment speaks for itself as you will receive the healing that is most needed in your life at this present time. I love introducing people to this wonderful energy as it has had such an impact on my own life.

My workshops and courses are based around Energetic Awareness and Self- Development which play a big part in the importance of our well-being. If you are willing to take the first step, along with my support and guidance you will be able to make tremendous shifts in your life. I hold fortnightly Reiki shares which also include Guided Visualisations.

Background & Reiki Qualifications

Reiki found me in 2012 and this is when I became hooked on how my energy was showing up in the world. I never had the intention to teach it as I was using it so much in my own life. It was interesting to see how we 'pick up' energy. I became fascinated and wanted to learn so much that after 2 years I found myself on the Master Teacher Training. This was a huge eye-opener with no space for ego!

I spent a long time cultivating my own inner peace and holding space before teaching in 2014. This is something that I feel strongly about in my own teachings.

I am a long-standing member of the UK Reiki Federation and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and adhere to their code of ethics.

For the past two years, I have been working alongside the Healing Animals Organisation, with whom I am a registered member.

Approach to Reiki & How I Work

My approach is calm, authentic and open.

I will be honest with you from the start. We will establish a way of working together and if it is something that I cannot help you with, I will make a suggestion of someone, or another therapy that I feel you would benefit from.

I never suggest a number of sessions. People do ask me how many it will take. My answer is simple. When the pain/issue/suffering has gone!

It is not my place to put a number on your healing journey.

We may agree on a certain therapy but as I work intuitively with what is showing up for you, this may change with different techniques being offered.

I am flexible in my sessions and can adapt quickly to things that are 'up' for you.

All of my therapies speak for themselves, some are gentle and some intense, but the main work is done by you, with me as a guide. I may push your buttons but this is where the transformation happens. The proof is in your daily life if things are changing for you. My mentorship and support is with you throughout our time together.
