Modern life can throw up many issues and challenges. At times we can feel overwhelmed, anxious and lost when we face difficulties at work, in our relationships or just dealing with every day life and at such times it can be helpful to find a qualified, experienced and non judemental counsellor to talk to.

I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space in which you can work at your own pace to take steps to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours concerning present and past issues. I work with you to help you gain understanding, find resolution and a way to move forward.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

My approach is Humanistic/Integrative.

I offer a warm, open, non-judgemental environment, where I work alongside you at your own pace to take steps to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Thus enabling you to gain understanding, acceptance, resolution and a way forward.

In addition to 'talking therapy', creative materials may also be used (if you choose) to help you connect with and communicate ideas and emotion that may be difficult to express.

I offer short and long term therapy, as well as time limited counselling. I also provide couples counselling.
