I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a general member of College of Psychosexual Relationship Therapist (COSRT). I consult from three different locations: Wimpole Street and St. Pauls (central London) and Ealing Broadway (outer London).

I offer short term and long term counselling/psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups. I have experience of working with people from corporate backgrounds, people from different cultures, the gay community, trans-gender and women; helping them address the causes of their personal problems, reduce symptoms to live more fully and improve health and well-being.

I work with people experiencing general issues related to anxiety, stress and depression: with addictions, namely drugs and alcohol substance dependence, for those who want to stay stop and need support, guidance and implementation of a structure to achieve abstinence. I also work with psychosexual and relationship matters, including sexual dysfunction, sex addiction, intimacy, communication difficulties and general problems that arise in relationships.

As client and therapist, we will use the safe confidential space to discuss the particular difficulties for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss in detail, confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have and explain I will explain my therapeutic approach. We will then be able to determine if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.
