Jane qualified in 1989 from Withington Hospital School of Physiotherapy . She worked in Manchester Royal then moved to North Wales and working from 1991 to 2005 in the NHS. She developed and managed the rehabilitation services in the gymnasium, treating sports injuries, trauma, orthopaedic, and rheumatology related problems. She worked in fracture, orthopaedic, rheumatology, and shoulder clinics, set up and run rehabilitation classes, and back schools, and was a clinical Educator . In 1996, she set up her private clinic, working in both the NHS and private sector until 2004.
As well as general physiotherapy she has training in Acupuncture, Muscle Imbalance , foot scanning , biomechanical assessments and custom made orthotic prescription.
She has been the physiotherapist for Bangor Rugby Club and Porthmadog Football club.,
She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Society of Orthopaedic Medicine, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, Health Professions Council, and Physio First.
Karl Jackson joined the clinic in 2013, he is the lead physiotherapist for the stroke services at Ysbyty Gwynedd. He specialises in treatment of neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis and spinal injuries. He treats all musculoskeletal conditions and also does acupuncture. He is a Welsh Speaker.
He is a member of the CSP, HPC, and AACP .
Jane treats all musculoskeletal conditions, backs, necks, knees etc, but specialises in complex shoulder problems, running rehabilitation, biomechanical issues relating to the foot which can have an impact on the whole system, gait scanning and orthotic prescription. She has a special interest in acupuncture for all variety of conditions including, neck , back and joint pains, nerve entrapments and arthritis, women's health issues, chronic fatigue and skin complaints.
Adam treats all musculoskeletal/orthopaedic conditions and has a special interest in lower limb disorders, he treats sports injuries, and can also carry out acupuncture. He is a keen fell runner.
Karl treats all musculoskeletal conditions, and specialises in neurological condition, including strokes, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis and spinal injuries. He also has a special interest in football, been a keen player himself

Physiotherapy sessions incorporate many treatments eg electrotherapy, joint mobilisation, muscle energy treatment, acupuncture, massage etc. A full hours assessment and treatment costs £50. Half hour sessions cost £40. Massage as a treatment alone costs £32 , and is carried out by an experienced physiotherapist. Gait scanning and biomechanical assessments to assess for suitability for orthotics cost £70.
