I opened Raunds Holistic Therapy in January 2020. I work within my own treatment rooms which I refurbished in order to provide a clean, relaxing, minimalist treatment room. I open part time in order to also look after my little boy during the week. I take great pride in my work and have a great rate of return customers.

Background & Qualifications

My qualifications include:

-level 3 in Swedish Massage
-diploma in chair massage
-diploma in holistic facials
-diploma in earcandling
-diploma in indian head massage
-diploma in hot stone massage
-diploma in meditation
- I am currently becoming qualified in sports massage

Previously I worked for 10 years in the charity sector as a volunteer coordinator. My main role was to look after the well being of those giving their time for free.

My Specialisms

I specialise in Swedish Massage and the relief of back, neck and shoulder pain.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

The therapy I provide is for the benefit of my customers and I like to ensure I am achieving the best results. If for example a customer booked a 75 minute massage they may want intensive work on their legs and feet and no scalp/face massage- that's fine, they paid for my time not for a prescriptive treatment.
