Fiona Duggan
Yoga Therapist in Luton

I love (and still do) love teaching yoga and watching my students fall in love with the practice both on and off the mat. However as a teacher that wasn't enough. I noticed that many of my students came to yoga carrying burdens, physical pain, emotional trauma and high levels of stress and anxiety. I started exploring how I could help them more and hence my journey with yoga therapy began.

Yoga therapy is a journey of inner transformation where we discover the tools towards our own individual recovery. As a yoga therapist I facilitate this journey guiding you using traditional yoga techniques, meditation and yoga asana.

Approach to Yoga Therapy & How I Work

Each yoga therapy session is tailored to individual needs and one size never fits all!

Fiona would start by asking you to complete an intake form to get a better idea of who you and what your needs are.

During your first session Fiona would go through your intake form and dive a little deeper into your needs and what you want from the session itself. The session organically evolves as we explore together the right way to approach your needs and your intentions for yourself. This could be through yoga poses, movement, meditation , and self enquiry. The session would end by integrating what has worked for you and what you may want to take away into your daily life.
