The tailored health consultations I offer use my training, experience and intuitive ability to tune into your health and life issues getting right to the root cause of what's going on and helping you towards lasting health and balance. We are all different even when treating the same set of symptoms, the catalyst that triggered these are unique to the individual. My training in Health Kinesiology, The Bowen Technique and Reiki & Seichem offer many different procedures and protocols to help. I am lucky to have an extensive holistic toolkit at my disposal to help my clients. I have over 20 years' of experience in the field of holistic health, initially training in Health Kinesiology, Reiki & Seichem then The Bowen Technique. I now continue to add to my knowledge by undertaking regular continued professional development (CPD), postgraduate training and reading around the fascinating and diverse topics of dis-ease, the human body and health and wellness. I believe that it is possible for everyone to experience health and wellness and that the body knows what it needs to find balance and harmony especially when given the right input. I am passionate about my work and love helping my clients find ways to be healthy and well. I am a member of the Bowen Association in the UK and Australia and hold membership with the Kinesiology Federation in the UK and The Reiki & Seichem Association in the UK.

Through my experience in practice over the years I am particularly interested in autoimmune issues, the immune system, arthritic conditions hormonal issues, female health, trauma recovery and the nervous system.

I work with what is going on for an individual at any one time and this may change as treatment progresses. The therapies I practice are truly holistic giving the body a gentle nudge to balance and correct itself.
