I have over 23 years of experience offering long and short term psychotherapy for the full range of issues including depression, OCD, and eating disorders. I offer a relational approach offering the most up to date tools such as inner child work and IFS techniques to support individuals, couples and young people. With couples particularly, I am offering relational life therapy, devised by Terry Real and seeing incredible results. I have extensive experience offering attachment focused work and am currently a DDP practitioner and Theraplay trained practitioner supporting families and young adopted people. I offer a professional and engaging manner and have had positive outcomes for younger and older people alike.

UKCP and BACP Psychotherapist, Supervisor since 2018 both with individuals, couples and family support as a DDP practitioner. I have over 18,000 hours experience. UKCP since 2005, MBACP 2013 BACP member since 2005.
