I successfuly ran a practice in London for 22 years and then moved to Chichester, West Sussex, in July 2013. Initially I gave massage treatments, then reflexology and many other therapies but as the years passed I have concentrated on kinesiology, Hopi ear candling and teaching the Self Help part of High Touch Jin Shin acupressure.

I commenced training in complementary therapies in 1991 with a course at the Churchill Centre, London leading to an ITEC in Anatomy, Physiology and Holistic Massage. That was followed by reflexology training with Janice Ellicott and then kinesiology with the Association of Systematic Kinesiology. I became a diplomate of ASK in September 1996. Since then I have attended many courses and I draw on them to enhance my kinesiology treatments, being: Nutrition, Allergy Therapy, Aura-Soma, Phytobiophysics, Hopi ear candling, iridology. Emotional Freedom Technique and High Touch Jin Shin (acupressure).

I am a Diplomate of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology, a member of the Kinesiology Association, a member of the British Institute of Allergy & Environmental Therapy and a member of the High Touch Network of Jin Shin.

In finding answers to the more difficult symptoms. This may be any or many of the following:

- digestive problems

- food intolerances and environmental stressors

- structural problems

- emotions and traumas

- chemical toxicity and pollution

In today's world there are a lot of chemicals and pollutants, not just from the air and foods but numerous products that all go to lower the ability of the body to cope. Additionally a busy lifestyle can lead to fast foods and snatching meals on he run and thereby insufficient nutrition and digestive issues. The body needs to be as free as possible from the former and have enough of the right nutrition to help it to heal. I, therefore, tend to start treatment by identifying what is causing imbalances in the body and harming them and encourage those energies that help the body come back to balance.
