I have been a registered and fully insured Sports Massage Therapist for 14years now. I practice this on a full time basis from my clinic in Bexley , Kent and from the Drakes Gym,Clerkenwell London,EC1V 0LR. I am in my fifties and enjoy playing sports such as tennis, running and cycling and mountain walking, which nets in well with my sports massage business. I am available day time and evenings and I am mobile so can visit you.

I am married with 2 boys ,love my sports and enjoy being a Sports Massage Therapist immensely I like to think that I am very trustworthy, reliable and efficient. I have a very good success rate in treating soft tissue injuries.

I am qualified up to Level 4 Sports massage, dry needling and dry cupping. Recently passed a Complex shoulder course by John Gibbons.

I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist to Diploma 4 level allowing me to provide sports massage ,asses and treat any soft tissue injury. I have a very good sporting background and keep up to date with the industry meeting other therapists and obtaining further knowledge attending courses.

I also provide a mobile massage where I can visit you in the comfort of your own home.

In the last 10 years I have become a dry needling practitioner (getting some amazing results). Qualified as a NAT Trigger point Therapist and also a NAT Frozen shoulder specialist.

I have been told that I am a very good Sports Massage therapist , I enjoy using Soft tissue release techniques and provide MET exercises. Dry Needling is playing a big part in my treatments these days and trigger point therapy.

If treating injury I look to find the root cause of the injury treating at source. I also provide the client with rehabilitation exercises. I look to Assess and treat as I find, this maybe from range of motions and palpation techniques.
