Dan Lloyd has been Practicing Acupuncture since 2000. Treating many different patients with a vast variety of ailments. The most important aspect of his treatment is to see each patient as an individual, so each treatment is spontaneous and tailored to the patient at that moment. Having completed a Degree in Sports and Health Sciences Dan decided to specialise in Complimentary Health. Having found the South West College of Oriental Medicine and studying Acupuncture for 3 years Dan embarked on his career after spending time working in the TCM Hospital and the WHO Peace hospital in Beijing. Dan has kept up a rigorous series of Continuous Professional Development through the Acumedic Centre in Camden, London, and has continued to study with the Xian Tian College of Chinese Medicine. And to have very regular supervision sessions with other Acupuncturists.

With Chinese Medicine the patient is the one coming for treatment not the symptom or illness. Any presenting disease is seen as a disharmony of the whole body and is treated as such. I particularly enjoy working with Men's Health, Muscular Skeletal issues and have good experience with working with Children.

I like to treat my patients as I would like to be treated. In saying that each patient is an individual and each appointment is individual adding the ongoing and whole treatment of the individual. Each patient reacts differently to all the others, and therefore a bespoke treatment is created for each patient.
