I believe that good health is much more than not being ill. It is the difference between thriving and existing, between enjoying life and slogging through it, between gratitude for being here in the first place and wondering "what's the point?" The human mind/body is a wonderful organism that can usually right itself when things go a bit "off-piste". However, occasionally it can get overwhelmed, (for example by long periods of stress, grief or illness) and needs help. This is where acupuncture comes in, helping the body and mind to get back to a place of balance and stay there. I am not one of those therapists who insist that their clients keep coming week after week for years on end. I am a professional acupuncturist who takes personal pride in helping my patients recover as quickly as possible. Some conditions may take time to fix but I will always be honest about what I can and cannot do and please be assured that I will always have your best interest at heart â¤ï¸
