I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 8 years of experience working in mental health. I provide CBT and Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) for a wide range of disorders including Depression, Generalised Anxiety, Panic, PTSD, OCD and Phobias. I'm based in Liverpool, which is were I deliver much of my face to face therapy, but I also provide therapy over Skype and by phone. Background & Qualifications

I have been employed in the NHS since 2006, initially as a graduate mental health worker and currently as a CBT Therapist. This has gained for me a wide variety of clinical experience, knowledge and skills which are instrumental in facilitating therapeutic change for those I work with. I have been running my private therapy clinic since 2013.

I work hard to facilitate a positive relationship with every client with whom I work, being down-to-earth but still professional in manner.
