My name's Sharon and I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor, informed DBT therapist who is also an APT accredited clinical supervisor. I am NCPS accredited.
I fully understand how reaching out for help can feel very scary, but it is also the hardest step in your journey, so well done for taking that 1st step.
I offer sessions either online using zoom/WhatsApp, or on the telephone. I ensure to give you a safe, confidential space to feel able to open up in regards to what ever is going on for you.
I offer a free 20 min chat prior to starting so as we can see if we are a good fit to work together.
I am an empathetic person to whom offers a good listening ear and if needed some tools to help you be able to move forward in life.
I currently am an affiliate counsellor for a local mental health charity and a suicide awareness charity.

Prior to training as a psychotherapeutic counsellor I worked within many social care settings for well over 20 years.
Level 5 diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling
APT level 2 in DBT
APT level 2 in clinical supervision
Level 4 diploma working with children

I ensure to work with the person in front of me, and explore what will work for the client.

Additional Rate Information

I offer sessions online or via the telephone. My starting rate is £50 for a 50 min session for individuals, couples is £75 for a 50 min session and supervision is £50 per hour or £70 for 90 mins.
