HI my name is Sharon,
I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor, with many years of working within social care settings mostly mental health.
I offer sessions to both individuals or couples and I'm also a clinical supervisor.
Reaching out for help can be a challenge in itself so I ensure to make the process as easy as possible by giving a calm space to feel comfortable to talk.
I work with clients with a range of issues including but not limited to:-
suicidal ideation
emotional dysregulation
stress
OCD
anxiety
depression
PTSD/CPTSD
I offer sessions either online using zoom/WhatsApp, or on the telephone. I ensure to give you a safe, confidential space to feel able to open up in regards to what ever is going on for you.

Prior to training as a psychotherapeutic counsellor I worked within many social care settings for well over 20 years.
Level 5 diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling
APT level 2 in DBT
APT level 2 in clinical supervision
Level 4 diploma working with children

Approach to All Therapies & How I Work

Being a psychotherapeutic counsellor who has been deemed as an 'out of the box' therapist due to me working with the person in front of me and exploring what will work best for that person.
I offer both short term and long term therapy
I work with individuals and couples and also offer supervision

Additional Rate Information

I offer sessions online or via the telephone. My starting rate is £50 for a 50 min session for individuals, couples is £75 for a 50 min session and supervision is £50 per hour or £70 for 90 mins.
