I qualified as a counsellor in 1990 and since then I have trained in the following methods: Homeopathy, NAET® & Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T), Matrix Re-imprinting and Spiritual Counselling.

I specialise in Allergies, Digestive Disorders, Hormones, Skin, emotional and Spiritual conditions.

I am very committed to Homeopathy both in my work and as a researcher and writer. I keep my knowledge up to date through continued study. I have written various articles for the Journal of the Association of Registered Homeopaths. I have greatly expanded my understanding of wellness and the causes of ill health, the benefits of which I apply to my work by including nutritional and emotional health recommendations. Many people come to me who have not experienced Homeopathy before and have had results that exceeded expectations. Homeopathy is a profound form of energy medicine backed up by over a hundred years of scientific and evidence based research. The sessions are specific to the individual patient and can focus on the symptoms or issues they wish to address. I have worked with many different emotional and physical conditions with people of all ages from pregnancy to the elderly.
