Family Constellation

I have taken these words from a video on You Tube by my teacher Barbara Morgan - she was interviewed in February 2026, after completing her last training in Romania. Check it out for lots more information about family constellations from a master facilitator and trainer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4F0kTmX0a8.

What makes a good facilitator?

Humility! Knowing that the work is bigger than you. This is why at the end of a training we bow to the founder of the work Bert hellinger and to the work itself.

The ability to speak your truth. To say what you see, what your body recognises despite being uncomfortable - knowing that once something is acknowledged something shift.

Honouring your own personal journey and doing your own personal work

Trust. Trusting the process, that everything belongs - that plane flying over, the dog barking and someone in the room coughing. Everything is showing us something.

What is the cost of not looking at your system?

People looking for validation from their children. Not being able to respect your parents and being able to be small in their presence takes away your dignity and that or the elders.
