I has been practising yoga for over 30 years. After years working in marketing and innovation, I qualified as a Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance in 2011 and as a Yoga Therapist in 2015 with Yogacampus.

In 2016 I qualified in Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion in Professional Practice with MindfulnessUK

I studied Physiology and Biochemistry at university and have always had a passion for science and medicine. Yoga therapy combines my interest in yoga and medicine with my belief that we can all do more to keep our bodies fit and well.

In 2017-2018 I completed a Diploma in Ayurveda Lifestyle and Nutrition with Ayurveda Institute UK

I use a combination of techniques to suit the specific needs of my clients
