Approach to Therapy & How I Work

Guided by the rich tradition of Ayurveda and drawing on the ancient wisdom outlined in its 3 ancient texts, ‘Brhat Trayi' or Tri-Vedas, the philosophy at Triveda is simply to inspire lifestyle change by treating the root cause of disease.

By diagnosing the current imbalance and providing guidance on diet and lifestyle with recommendations of specific herbal medicine the aim is to restore physical, emotional and mental well-being.

A consultation at Triveda will help you discover your Ayurvedic body constitution (Prakruti), a diagnosis of your current imbalance (Vikruti) and ways to treat specific health issues with key changes to keeping them balanced.

Her approach is to understand every client and provide recommendations to their diet and lifestyle that they can follow and maintain easily into their current day to day life. Her advice is based on what clients can achieve and maintain to achieve long term benefits.
