With over 20 years experience and a professional and caring approach, Jenni specialises in The Bowen Technique, Reiki Healing and Equine Bowen Therapy. Gentle and relaxing, a Bowen treatment initiates your body's innate healing ability, promoting a response which encourages your body to rebalance, realign and restore its own level of harmony and well-being. The healing process can feel both relaxing and energising. It is a beneficial therapy for all ages, helping to relieve any physical aches and pains, and also promoting improvement in general health and wellbeing. A Bowen treatment consists of a series of light-touch moves over specific muscles. The moves are performed through clothing, whilst you lie on a comfortable treatment couch. Reiki Healing is a simple and gentle process of transferring energy to promote healing. The healing energy works on all levels, helping to relieve the subtle causes of many states of ill health, and encouraging balance, harmony and wellbeing to be restored. During a Reiki treatment you lie, or sit, fully clothed whilst the practitioner places her hands gently on (or slightly off) your body in a series of hand positions. Many people report a deep sense of peace and relaxation both during and after their Reiki treatment. Both The Bowen Technique and the Reiki Healing are appropriate and beneficial for all ages. Jenni also offers Equine Bowen Therapy. The gentle moves of the Equine Bowen Therapy treatment initiate a healing response, which: helps to relieve muscular tension, encouraging increased flexibility and suppleness. helps to enhance the internal organs and immune system. promotes energy rebalancing and whole-body wellbeing (physically, mentally and emotionally).

Jenni gained Reiki levels 1 and 2 in the mid-nineties, and went on to train as a Bowen therapist with the Bowen Association UK, gaining her qualification in 2001. In 2009 she studied with the European School of Equine Bowen Therapy, achieving her qualification with distinction. In 2011 she gained a certificate in Animal Healing. She also has a VTCT Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, and a current and regularly updated First Aid certificate. Jenni is a full member of the Bowen Association UK.. She attends regular Continual Professional Development training courses and holds comprehensive professional and public liability insurance.
