I offer a range of holistic therapies to help support your physical and emotional well-being. I specialise in Bowen Technique and offer a range of different therapies which may help you. Treatment plans are bespoke according to what you need, and I am passionate about helping you to get your sparkle back. With 20 years experience as a holistic therapist, and a background as a Mental Health Nurse, I am excited to move my busy clinic to Herefordshire. With close proximity to Worcestershire and Gloucestershire too, I serve a large geographical area, and regularly welcome clients from across the border in Wales, and also from my old practice in Oxfordshire. Clients come to see me with a wide range of different issues, including muscular skeletal problems (back ache, neck pain, etc), sports injury, hormonal issues, digestive problems, stress, fertility issues, anxiety, sinus problems, fatigue, and much more besides. And they keep coming back because they FEEL better with a top-up session every now and then, often long after their initial reason for see king treatment has resolved. I specialise in Bowen Technique and Reflexology. I may draw upon other energy healing techniques if appropriate. I treat a wide range of issues, across all ages, from babies to older adults.

I am passionate about my therapies and helping you to feel better. I am friendly, approachable, and enjoy tailoring each session to individual need. I have lots of tools in my toolkit to utilise if appropriate eg. weighted tuning forks work brilliantly alongside Bowen for tight muscles or combining lymphatic facial drainage work with hopi ear candling for blocked sinuses. Clients often find a short course of 3 Bowen treatments is a good starting point, and this may be all they need. They then often come back for a monthly top-up or just as and when needed. Reflexology can work brilliantly as a weekly treatment if we are aiming to treat something specific, but often monthly treatments are all that is needed to maintain good health and well-being. Scar Release sessions may be a one-off, or done over a short course depending on the size of the scar being treated. Scars such as C-section scars often only need one treatment to restore more normal sensation and movement patterns.
