I work at the meeting point of breath, cosmos, and practical wisdom - holding space for practitioners, seekers, and high achievers ready to rest, root, and remember.

As co-founder of The Exhale Awakening alongside Marie, I offer 1-2-1 sessions, group work, seasonal retreats, and professional training - all rooted in breathwork, astrology, Celtic seasonal wisdom, and a deep belief in belonging over pressure. Those I work with are often already in practice themselves, or standing at the threshold of it. Others are simply breath-curious, astrology-curious, or quietly exhausted by a life built entirely around doing.

Whatever brings you here, the invitation is the same: Rest. Root. Remember.

Rest - because stillness is not a reward for finishing. It is the practice itself.

Root - because when we belong to something steadier than our to-do list, everything shifts.

Remember - because this is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you already are.

The breath is the first cycle we encounter, and it holds more than most of us realise. When woven together with the wisdom of the seasons, the language of the cosmos, and honest self-enquiry, it becomes one of the most quietly powerful tools for coming home to yourself.

A fully qualified accountant and former CFO, with close to twenty years in corporate finance - I know the language of high performance from the inside, and I know what it costs when we forget to breathe.

Since 2013 I've trained as a spiritual counsellor, coach, hypnotherapist, advanced Soul Plan practitioner, and NLP practitioner, moving into full self-employment in 2014. Breathwork and astrology have since become the twin anchors of my practice, specifically because they don't provide answers, but because they return the answers to you.

I am co-founder of The Exhale Awakening - a Breathwork Mystery School and coaching practice whose Breath Training is offered in conjunction with Breathing Space and recognised by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA).

I have a particular gift for seeing the wood for the trees - holding the wider picture clearly while remaining fully present to what is happening right now.

Breathwork and wellbeing practitioners - This is the heart of much of what I do. Whether you are newly qualified, mid-practice, or long established, the work we do together is for you - your own breath practice, your nervous system, your sustainability as a practitioner. Many breathwork and wellbeing professionals spend so much time holding space for others that their own rest and rootedness quietly erodes. I offer a space that is genuinely yours. For those building or growing a conscious practice, TEA & Business offers cosmic business coaching using astrology, lunar cycles, and the Celtic wheel of the year, supporting you to build something sustainable, aligned, and genuinely breathable.

The breath and astrology curious - Perhaps you have felt the pull of breathwork but never quite crossed the threshold. Perhaps astrology has always interested you but you're not sure how to work with it practically. This is a safe, unhurried place to explore. To sit with the questions "Who am I?" "Why am I here?" "What is my purpose?", and to discover that the answers were never as far away as they seemed.

Overworked professionals, teachers, caregivers, and seekers - The tired ones. The high achievers quietly wondering whether all the striving is actually the point. The caregivers who give so much there is little left for themselves. If you recognise yourself here, you are very welcome. The work is gentle, the pace is yours, and rest is not something you have to earn.

My approach is bespoke - shaped entirely by who I'm working with and what they're ready for.

I don't believe we need fixing. What I offer is company on the path - a place to rest, a way to root, and the gentle work of remembering who you were before the world got loud. Your own innate wisdom does the extraordinary work. I simply help clear enough space for it to be heard.

For some that is a single breathwork or astrology session. For others it is a longer 1-2-1 journey weaving breath, self-enquiry, and the wisdom of the seasons. For others still, the door into The Exhale Awakening opens - into community, group work, seasonal gatherings, or professional facilitator training.

Everything is consent-led and trauma-aware. Sovereignty and choice are always present.

I work online via Zoom, and in-person in Yorkshire.
