Kathy Kelly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Kathy Kelly
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in Tavistock, Devon

I am a Counsellor/Therapist working in the Tavistock area of West Devon with Consulting Rooms in Canal Road, Tavistock (PL19 8AR). I have been in Practice for over 20 years.

If you have tried Counselling in the past and you have been disappointed, but as time went on, you felt that you were not still not feeling any better, and really did need to work through what's causing you so much upset, what do you do?
It is not seeing ANY Counsellor BUT finding the RIGHT Counsellor for you that's important!

If I were looking for a Counsellor I would need to feel comfortable and connect with the him or her because who you choose is very likely to determined how successful the treatment is.

Often just talking to the Right Professional who is not a family member or a friend can help.
