Approach to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & How I Work

I have many years experience and training and believe that a good counselling relationship, that is built on trust is pivotal for providing you a space to talk freely. You can learn about yourself, past experiences and have an understanding of your emotions and certain behaviours.
Together we can support you to find self-acceptance and heal, gain more awareness of yourself and your relationships with others and to feel deeper connections in your life.

As every person is unique, every way of working is too. I tailor therapy to the needs of the individual using the skills and techniques from Relational, Humanistic, Transactional Analysis, CBT and Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, EMDR, EFT, IFS, Somatic, Polyvagal and other trauma informed modalities.
