I have extensive experience working with people experiencing bereavement and loss, providing sensitive guidance through difficult times. As an Integrative therapist, I work collaboratively with you, at your own pace, towards your personal goals. Drawing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt (here-and-now focus), and Psychodynamic therapy, I adapt my practice to meet your unique needs. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings openly and honestly. Remote and telephone sessions are available.
