I am a Psychological Practitioner working with individuals experiencing emotional crisis, trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with life transitions and adaptation.
Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or unable to cope with their current life situation. My role is to provide a safe and structured therapeutic space where these experiences can be explored, stabilised, and gradually transformed into clarity, self-understanding, and practical coping capacity.
I offer a grounded and collaborative approach, where the focus is not only on symptom relief, but also on rebuilding internal stability, meaning, and resilience.
I hold a degree in Practical Psychology from Mariupol State University.
My training includes ongoing professional development in:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Art Therapy approaches
Sexology
Addiction work
Crisis psychological intervention
Self-harm and suicidal ideation support
I am currently continuing further education in Clinical Psychology to deepen my clinical understanding and therapeutic competence.
Alongside psychology, I have a professional background in maritime service, which has shaped my understanding of high-stress environments, chronic pressure, and long-term adaptation to uncertainty.
I also maintain regular supervision and continuous professional development in line with ethical practice standards.
I work primarily with:
Trauma and PTSD / complex trauma responses
Anxiety disorders and chronic stress
Depressive states and emotional exhaustion
Loss of meaning and identity disruption
Life transitions and adaptation difficulties
Veterans and military-related psychological difficulties
Refugees and displaced persons
Adolescents (16+)
I do not work with children.
My clinical focus is particularly relevant for individuals exposed to prolonged stress, traumatic environments, or sudden identity and role changes.
My approach integrates CBT principles with elements of schema-informed and expressive/creative therapeutic techniques, adapted to the needs of each client.
Therapy typically begins with assessment, stabilisation, and clarification of the main difficulties. In early sessions, clients often experience:
reduction in internal tension
improved understanding of their psychological state
clearer direction for the therapeutic process
As therapy progresses, we explore underlying cognitive, emotional, and behavioural patterns, including coping strategies and protective mechanisms that may no longer be adaptive.
Over time, clients usually develop:
improved emotional regulation skills
greater self-awareness and psychological insight
practical self-support strategies
increased resilience and stability
The therapeutic process is collaborative and paced according to the client’s readiness, capacity, and individual experience. Safety, respect, and structure are central to how I work.
