They offer a wide range of services including coaching, counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness and psychotherapy to help with a host of different conditions. The experienced team at Hope Therapy can assist you with any issue that’s troubling you, including addiction, anger, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, insomnia and more.
In addition to counselling for private clients, they also provide wellbeing support for county councils, charities and companies that provide mental health sessions through Employee Assistance Programmes. As members of the National Counselling Society, the team adhere fully to the Society’s Ethical Framework and Professional Standards. With access to counsellors throughout England, there’s often the option to see your counsellor face-to-face; alternatively, Skype, Zoom and telephone appointments are available so you can benefit from your session wherever you’re based.
