I benefitted from therapy and counselling many years ago, as a result of life experience i was overwhelmed by the power of exploring issues and predicaments with someone open, honest and non-judgemental. This gave me the push to want to help others knowing that at every point in life we need someone to talk to, someone who could give us 100% attention and an opportunity to explore any issues in order to have clarity and insight.
