I am an experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Educator and an accredited member of the B.A.C.P. Initially my passion was in bereavement and loss, a subject which still interests me a great deal. At present I am the Holistic Manager for a veterans in Sefton a charitable organisation for all military personnel. My background was working with males within the judicial system a positive I held for fifteen years. I also maintain my own private practice for counselling and supervision.

I have an eclectic approach to therapy and firmly believe that the relationship is always the most important factor in any kind of intervention.

My aim is to help you to help yourself, thus enabling you to lead a full and happy life.
