After personally experiencing EMDR, I sought training in modalities that help clients release trauma without the need to relive experiences across multiple sessions. Following my own journey of healing anxious attachment patterns that showed up in my relationships and career, I now specialise in working with women facing similar challenges. Using EFT tapping on meridian points combined with guided visualisation, we access and reimprint past experiences stored in your subconscious, creating new, empowering neural pathways.
