I’m Asher (he/they). I work with queer, trans, and neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, AuDHD, etc) adults around self-worth, anxiety, depression, identity, long term and/or complex mental health circumstances, and trauma. I work online with people across the UK. I’m from a working-class background, am AFAB and queer, and have lived experience of mental health issues and disability. I’m trained in counselling, psychotherapy, and psychology. I offer adjusted fees for queer clients struggling with affordability. A breakdown of these is available on my website.

I have training in hypnotherapy, integrative counselling and psychotherapy, and psychology. I draw on all of this and my lived experience to integrate different mental health approaches into sessions.
