I have a level-4 qualification in integrative psychotherapeutic counselling and am a registered member of the BACP (408864). I have been volunteering with the Oxford Women's Counselling Centre for 3 years, and am currently working towards online and telephone counselling certification.
I have experience mainly working with adult women aged 19-65, many of whom identify as neurodivergent, or who have neurodivergent loved ones. My practice is, among other things, a neurodiveregent-affirming practice, and I specialise with issues such as depression, generalised and social anxiety, stress, women's issues, struggles with personal identity, and suicidal ideation.
All that said, my practice is an inclusive one, evolving every day, and is open to people from all walks of life.
I like to approach therapeutic relationship with sensitivity, curiosity and open-mindedness, and aim to provide a secure, confidential, and identity-affirming space where you can learn to feel safe to unmask, explore your truth and any difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences you may be struggling with.
