It is a courageous decision to have therapy. It can make you feel vulnerable just thinking about sharing your story and sitting with uncomfortable feelings. However, in my personal and professional experience, giving yourself this time and attention is the best gift you can give yourself. You are saying 'I matter' 'my life matters'.

I offer one to one weekly sessions where you can explore thoughts emotions and behaviours that are holding you back in life. I work psychodynamically as it is my belief that we repeat patterns from our past that we are not aware of. Once this is brought into our awareness we can identify new choices and practices that will move you towards the life and love you desire.

There will be an initial consultation session which gives us the space to see if we can work together. It's important for you to feel comfortable with the therapist you choose.

we can discuss how therapy works answer any questions you may have and in turn I will also gather some background information about you.

We will then meet once a week for our agreed length of time. Sessions are for 55 minutes
