Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I believe that my clients are looking for a way to resolve the challenges they might be facing with their emotions. I've found that when clients engage in a supportive counselling relationship, they feel comfortable sharing their emotions and feelings. This openness allows them to address any negative feelings that may have led to emotional challenges, enabling them to move forward and enhance their inner strengths. I have a strong belief in my clients' ability to grow and embrace change.

I truly believe in the amazing impact that a strong counselling relationship can have on someone. I bring 18 years of professional experience in various fields of counselling, allowing me to create a supportive relationship that helps make the changes you desire possible. With the Humanistic approach, clients looking to address and manage a range of psychological issues can find a safe and supportive space to do so.
