Counsellor in Brighton

At times we can all struggle with our circumstances, relationships and health. This may result in feeling: anxious, lonely, confused, depressed and overwhelmed. Traumas past and present negatively impact upon our quality of life and coping mechanisms can fail or become unhelpful. Counselling allows some time and space to shine a light on your issues and it can provide insight and clarity. It's an opportunity for honest open communication, without the fear of judgement and repercussions. This supported self-exploration tends to aid growth and healing, ultimately resulting in change and acceptance. Whether you're troubled by old wounds that are still causing pain in the present or by a current life event, being deeply seen and heard by another can make a difference. Whatever's causing you distress is worth exploring. I won't diagnose you or tell you what to do, rather provide you with a collaborative therapeutic relationship and the opportunity to work things through.
