I see clients weekly for 50 minute sessions. This can be offered face-to-face, Zoom, Skype or Telephone. I run a flexible diary to suit your life.

On initial contact we will arrange a first session to establish that we are happy to work together to help you move forward with your life and if we are happy we will then arrange weekly sessions.
