Depression when you are having persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest in activities. Therapy can help in managing depression by providing a safe space to explore and address underlying issues, develop strategies and learn new skills to improve mental well-being. Sessions would be between 6-12 weeks depending on how you you are feeling and managing your everyday life.

Therapy can help by providing coping strategies, relaxation technique's and cognitive behavioural interventions to address negative thought patterns and behaviours. Sessions would be between 8-12 weeks depending on your progress and best manage your anxiety.
Anger management , learning how to recognize triggers, manage emotions, and respond constructively in challenging situations. Learn how develop healthier ways of expressing and dealing with anger leading to improved relationships, reduced stress and enhanced overall well-being.

I work collaboratively, helping you make sense of patterns, emotions, and experiences so you can move forward with more clarity and self-trust.
I support adults with depression, anxiety, anger management, and wider mental well-being, always with an emphasis on compassion, grounding, and emotional regulation. Sessions are gentle but purposeful: we look at what’s difficult, what’s needed, and what might help you feel more settled and connected to yourself.
My background in nursing informs the steadiness and care I bring to the work, and as a fellow member of ACCPH I’m committed to ethical, reflective, and professional practice.
