I am a qualified Psychotherapist with postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (PGDip in Psychological Therapies - CBT, University of Edinburgh) and Counselling (Clinical Sexology - PGCert), alongside a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. With 9 years of experience in the mental health sector, 5 years specialising in addiction work, and 4 years of direct clinical practice, I bring a depth of professional experience to my therapeutic approach. I also hold Drug and Alcohol Professional Accreditation, reflecting my specialist expertise in addiction treatment, recovery, and harm reduction.
