I'm Rachel, a pluralistic counsellor grounded in psychodynamic and person centred theory.
I work with adults who are navigating big life changes, past traumas, or early experiences that still echo today. Many of the people I work with come to therapy to work through past trauma or feeling they don't recognise who they have become. Some are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what's going on beneath the surface, but they know something needs to shift.
My approach is warm and down to earth. Each client is individual and our work together is unique. I believe in working at your pace, building trust together, and exploring things without being clinical or detached. I see therapy as a space where you can feel heard without judgement and where you don't have to "have it all figured out."
I've lived a full and varied life myself, and it's this real world experience that led me to become a counsellor. I bring that same openness and relatability into the therapy room.
Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, grief, relationship struggles, or just feeling lost - you're not alone, and you don't have to navigate it by yourself.
