I am a Senior Registered Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Counsellor, specialised in anxiety disorders, OCD, relationships and attachment. I come with 25 years experience, having experienced much success in helping clients with these types of issues. Therapies include: hypnoanalysis, regression, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), brain working recursive therapy (BWRT), and counselling. I also help couples or individuals with relationship, sex or attachment problems. All treatments are based on proper research, or a good track record of success over the past century in hypnosis and psychotherapy. I work from professional premises near the Outlet Village in Swindon, within easy reach by bus or train, and free parking available. I also offer online (doxy.me, Whatsapp) or telephone sessions.

My special interests in relationships and anxiety disorders (including OCD and depression) stems partly from personal experience, and over 25 years of combined study and work with mental health patients, including around 10,000 client treatment sessions.

I am known for my caring professional approach towards my clients. I take an eclectic individualised and client centred approach drawing from a broad knowledge base and many years of experience. My style is warm, conversational, and gentle with anxious clients.
