My name is Gabriella, I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor & Supervisor and I work both in English and Italian.

There are times in life when we feel the need of something more; an extra hand or help, someone who will not judge us. Somewhere where we can just feel free to be.

I believe in the power of discovery the self through talking and reflecting in a non judgemental environment and Counselling can help to understand better who we are and where we want to go.

I have gained experienced in the last 20years working with a variety of client and issues, both individually and in groups in different settings such as schools, community services and NHS referrals.

I work online and in person

I am a Registered Accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and of the FDAP (Federation of Drug & Alcohol Professionals) and I follow their Ethical Framework.

I have experience in working with NHS, NGOs, schools, residential settings and also private practice.

I work with an Integrative approach which allows me to tailor our journey and the necessary tools depending on your needs.

I have a wide experience in working with issues such as: Addiction(s), Attachment Related Issues, Self harm, Women in Addiction, Millennials, Low Self Esteem, Birth ad Pregnancy, Eating Disorders, Gender Related issues, General Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Patterns of Behaviour, Depressions, Bereavement and Loss, Separation, Relationship Issues, Emotional Abuse, Financial Abuse, Domestic Violence, Work or Organisational Related Issues, Co-dependency, Trauma,.

As an Integrative counsellor I draw from different theoretical approaches, such as CBT, Psychodynamic and Humanistic, depending on the needs of each individual client.

I offer short and long term therapy on an individual one-to-one basis. session are carried out in person, online or on phone.

I work in both English and Italian languages.
