Hello, I’m Hamid, an integrative counsellor and supervisor offering a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, I aim to help you make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

In addition to counselling, I offer clinical supervision for counsellors and other health professionals.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on different therapeutic models to suit your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.

I am trained in the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision, which allows us to explore not only client work but also your internal process, the therapeutic relationship, and the wider professional context.

I have a particular interest in working with couples/families, individuals with disabilities and people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and I understand how identity, culture, and life experiences can shape the challenges we face. You don’t need to explain or justify your background here—this is a space where all parts of you are welcome.
