Life can be really tough at times, emotions can sweep you away, and you may feel like there's no where to go, no one to turn to. I get that, you're not alone.

I offer you trust and authenticity to truly hear you and support you in what you're experiencing. Whether it's clarity you're seeking, validity or purely need someone to talk to, I'm here in person, online and on the phone.

Qualifications:

CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

CPCAB Level 3 Therapeutic Counselling Studies

CPCAB Level 2 Skills in Therapeutic Counselling

CPCAB Level 2 Introduction to Counselling

Continuing Professional Development (CPD's) - Various such as learning BSL with a Signature approved private tutor, Pet Loss Grief Counselling course with The British College of Canine Studies, etc.

Counselling within a nutritional therapy organisation specialising in menopause.

Counselling within a diversity charity (LGBTQIA+ communities, varying ethnicities, cultures and beliefs +)

Family abuse, menopause and perimenopause, anxiety and panic attacks, grief, depression, low self-esteem, stress.

Humanistic integrative counselling combines theories and techniques to personalise talk therapy to you and your needs. Through working together, you can establish a more comprehensible understanding of self, and with that can come empowerment. I offer clarity and validation, acceptance and no judgement, a listening ear and warm welcome.
