Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, anxious, lonely, or depressed? Perhaps you're struggling with alcohol or drug addiction, or need help exploring other issues. We all need help at times, and it can be difficult to know where to turn. I can offer you a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your difficulties in depth and work towards lasting change. I offer both short-term and long-term sessions, allowing us to progress at your pace. I provide both online and face-to-face sessions, available throughout Mid Sussex, West Sussex, and East Sussex.

I have experience working with addiction , family issues and relationships, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and self-esteem and confidence. With a history in the care sector, I am also able to offer a home service for those unable to access the community. I am fully qualified and registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
