I have an integrated approach in how I work which may include cognitive behaviour therapy , psychodynamic and systemic. The most import factor is our working therapeutic alliance . In the initial consulation this allows you to assess if I am the right counsellor for yourself and if you would like to continue with counselling. Sessions are usually weekly , although appointments can be arranged to suit your requirement particularly if you have a busy work schedule. I offer face to face , telephone and online counselling.
