About me

Hoping to really be heard? I provide a safe and caring space to explore and understand yourself without judgement. I am a person-centred counsellor providing both short and long term therapy to adult individuals in Milton Keynes and Online.

I provide a welcoming and safe place to connect and explore, person-to-person. I give you real responses, real empathy and real interactions that don’t feel false, robotic or clinical. I’m here to really listen and help navigate feelings, thoughts, behaviour, beliefs and your processes without judgements or expectations.

I am a warm, empathetic and understanding counsellor; whether you are looking for short term therapy over a few sessions, or looking for long term therapy, I bring my skills as a person-centred counsellor to every session; through active listening and open communication. I support you to explore what is most important to you. I will help you learn about yourself, your thoughts and explore your processes and emotions without judgement or expectations.

My Approach

Think of accessing therapy like starting out lost in a forest with no compass, map or clear path. My role as a therapist isn’t to tell you where to go or what to do, but to walk alongside you and point out what I can see. I will help you explore and understand what landmarks are visible, where you’ve come from, and where you could walk. I'll help you build self-acceptance and self-compassion, and allow you the space to really understand how you feel about the forest around you and the paths ahead. It’s up to you to map the journey you’d like to take, once the weeds are cleared away. I will walk alongside you, so aren’t alone.

The therapy I provide is person-centred counselling. Counselling allows you to talk about what you want to talk about, without analysis, homework, judgement, or pressure. We will explore thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, and I can help you untangle the confusion and knots that can come with feeling stuck or lost. We move at your pace.
