I have a calm patient steady ear and I am passionate in helping individuals in shifting their mindset to start upon an alternative way of thinking. Working together to help understand the problems life can throw at us.

I have counseled people with a wide variety of issues over the years, including abuse, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, depression, suicidal thoughts, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and low mood among others.

I have been studying psychology for over 20 years, I have a Professional ASC Counselling skills Diploma and I am a registered counselling skills practitioner.

I am available to council individuals and couples in all that I have listed above.

I have specific experience in single parent families also living and dealing with chronic health issues within families.

On my website there is a form in which you can fill out a brief description of how you would like help.

Together we will gently unpack thoughts and feelings and then work together to find a practical, manageable and achievable way to move forward.

This may only take a few sessions together or this can take as long as you need.

I can work to cater your needs including face-to-face session or telephone consultations. These tend to be every week but can, for example be every other week, monthly or add hock.

Sessions are 50 Minutes long at £50 for singles and £70 for couples.
