My experience has been gained over 25 years. As well as private practice I have worked for Relate, MIND, the NHS and in Colleges of Education.
Experience
Registered with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. Qualified in Analytical Psychotherapy with the London Centre for Psychotherapy Member of the Forum for Independent Psychotherapists.
Specialisms
I work with individuals who have emotional difficulties such as stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, bereavement and suicidal feelings . I also work with couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties.
My Approach
I work with people short term (6 to 12 weeks ) and longer term (uo to one year). I offer regular sessions in a safe and confidential consulting room. Usually people come for one session a week. My aim is to create a relationship of trust which will allow people to discuss their personal problems and lead to greater understanding of themselves and also to change any unhelpful patterns of behaviour.
