My experience includes working with adults with variety of issues and difficulties such as depression, anxiety, panic, low self esteem, loss of confidence, expressing and managing feelings, stress, and adapting to change. I am also experienced in supporting people with bereavement and loss; supporting carers and counselling parents who are caring for children with chronic health difficulties. I have additional post graduate training in CBT, Attachment-based psychotherapy, energy psychology, Mindfulness, and, EMDR.
