As a Person Centred, Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, I incorporate within my approach alternative, accessible & preventative therapeutic styles & tools that have proven to be of great benefit to the overall mental health & wellbeing of clients I have had the privilege of supporting within their journey of healing. I also provide alternate wellbeing support such as energy healing reiki, emotional freedom technique & mentorship that focusses on spiritually & somatically releasing as well as building foundations moving forward in support of long term healing.
